TT24 (tt24.ee) is an occupational health information portal. Protecting your personal data is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

What data we collect

Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect your name, e-mail address, company name, and message content. The data is processed by a third party, Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards the form submission to us by e-mail. We do not store form data on our own servers.

Self-assessment questionnaire

After completing the self-assessment, you may optionally request a PDF report. For this we ask for your e-mail address. Providing your e-mail address is voluntary and it is used solely to send you the report.

Google Analytics (via GTM)

We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to monitor portal usage statistics. The data collected is anonymised: pages viewed, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city). IP addresses are anonymised before being stored. Data is processed by Google LLC under its own privacy policy.

localStorage (browser storage)

Some tools (e.g. the checklist, the schedule planner) save your responses in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data remains on your device only and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Legal basis (GDPR)

For the contact form and the PDF report, we process data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You give consent by completing and submitting the form.

The anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Our legitimate interest is to understand how the portal is used so that we can improve it.

Cookies

TT24 itself does not set any cookies in your browser.

Google Analytics may set its own analytics cookies (e.g. _ga, _gid). These cookies help distinguish returning visitors from new ones and measure portal usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access - find out what personal data we hold about you.
Rectify - request correction of inaccurate data.
Erase - request deletion of your data where there is no longer a basis for processing it.
Lodge a complaint - contact the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) at aki.ee.

To exercise your rights, please write to us at: info@tt24.ee
